From what little is in the article….RCR is right. You need model and property releases to sell these kinds of things. Media is an exception with guidelines specified by your press pass agreement.
A lot depends on the context….grabbing and selling a shot of Jeffy as he’s saunters around NYC is one thing….taking a pic at a track and selling it (private property) is another.
